The financial support program for citizens working in the private sector, “Mazaya”, is one of the outputs of “Nafis”, which aims to improve the Emirati human development system, and prepare productive and sustainable Emirati human capital in the private sector, to achieve the goals of active economic participation for citizens, in a way that supports the country’s economy, by By enabling citizens to fill 75,000 jobs in the private sector over the next five years, and providing guidance, vocational training, and counseling and counseling services to program participants

And "Mazaya" specified six criteria for benefiting from the financial support provided, the most important of which is taking into account the general conditions for natural persons to benefit from the programs and initiatives provided by the Emirati Cadres Competitiveness Council, and who wants to benefit from citizens working in the private sector, and started working after September 13, 2021, and works in Fields (nursing, accounting, auditing, commercial law, financial analysis, programming, data scientists), and be a full-time employee, and his salary is less than 50 thousand dirhams per month, and finally he must have a bachelor’s degree as a minimum

The program indicated that it is not permissible for national cadres working in the private sector to merge between “Mazaya” and the government support program for salaries, as the first grants a fixed financial allowance to a citizen employee in the private sector, targeting workers in distinguished specializations, while the second supports the salaries of citizens employed in the sector. private sector, for a period of five years, with a maximum of 5,000 dirhams per month for undergraduates, 4,000 dirhams for diploma holders, and 3,000 dirhams for high school students, in addition to the salary they receive, with the aim of encouraging large companies and institutions in the private sector to attract national talents and competencies

The “Nafis” platform called on citizens looking for work, and current workers in the private sector, of both sexes, between the ages of 18 and 60, to register, so that they could benefit from the jobs offered by companies daily. The program also called on private sector companies to register through the platform. “Compete” and expressing its interest in participating in the program by presenting job vacancies and on-the-job training programs

The program to raise the competitiveness of Emirati cadres and increase their rates of employment and contributions in the private sector, "Nafis", identified four levels for the range of monthly salaries in the targeted professions whose owners may benefit from the "Mazaya" program, explaining that the value of the financial allowance that is disbursed to the beneficiary depends on the range of his monthly salary, Which should not, in any case, exceed 50 thousand dirhams per month

The first of the four levels of the monthly salary range offers 5,000 dirhams to citizens whose salaries are less than 20,000 dirhams, the second 4,000 dirhams to citizens whose salaries range between 20 and 30 thousand dirhams, the third 3,000 dirhams to citizens whose salaries range between 30 and 40 thousand, and finally 2,000 dirhams to citizens whose salaries range between 30 and 40 thousand dirhams. Their salaries range between 40 and 50 thousand dirhams

The ministry indicated that the total government expenditures, during the same period, amounted to 180 billion dirhams (49 billion dollars). The rise in the revenues of the UAE, a member of OPEC, one of the largest producers of crude oil in the world, comes after the rise in oil prices.

The ministry stated that the rise in state revenues reflects the "sound financial policies and wise strategic decisions" of the country's leaders, with the aim of "making the country a leading financial center in the world."
