Palestinian-Emirati relations are the political and economic relations between Palestine and the United Arab Emirates. Palestine has an embassy in Abu Dhabi and a consulate general in Dubai. The Emirates also has an office in Palestine. The two countries are part of the Middle East region and share strong and similar cultural ties together. The Emirates, like other Islamic countries, supports the independence of Palestine. Hundreds of Palestinians reside in the United Arab Emirates to live and work.

The official Palestinian-Emirati relations began in 1968 when an office of the Palestine Liberation Organization was opened in Abu Dhabi and its first director was Jamil Ismail Hassan Al Ramahi. On February 5, 1989, Sheikh Zayed and Yasser Arafat laid the foundation stone for the Embassy of the State of Palestine and it was opened on May 2, 2010. The UAE is the first country An Arab state recognized the state of Palestine after declaring its independence in 1988.

Sheikh Zayed, the founder of the United Arab Emirates, emerged during his reign by providing political and material support to the Palestinian people. His name is given to several facilities, most notably the Sheikh Zayed Residential City in the northern Gaza Strip, the Sheikh Zayed Emergency Pavilion in the Palestine Medical Complex, and the Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Mosque.

On March 11, 2021, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip received about 40,000 doses of the Sputnik vaccine, provided by the UAE. On January 26, 2022, about one million doses of the Sputnik vaccine were provided to her.

and now President His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed has pledged US$25 million to Al Makassed Hospital in East Jerusalem, to expands its medical supplies services.

The current pledge comes as part of the UAE's ongoing efforts to support Palestinian healthcare institutions, and to meet the needs of the Palestinian people.

The 250-bed Makassed Hospital, which was established in 1968, plays a key role in providing healthcare to the Palestinian community. It offers a full range of services, including cardiology, orthopedics, pediatric medicine, and neurology, in addition to providing comprehensive healthcare services. It is also serves as teaching hospital and a research facility.
